I’m quite happy with my body, but keeping myself fit requires me to keep my body fat and weight gain in moderation. With that, I gotta eat super healthy on a tight diet. Forming My Vegetarian Diet Plan

During the years, I’ve noticed that it’s quite difficult to find reliable information on a healthy vegetarian diet plan and what I should eat and what I shouldn’t eat. Like I mentioned in the Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet post last week, I found a website of Kardena Pauza, former Ms. Fitness America and America’s #1 high energy vegetarian and vegan nutrition expert for fat loss. And her free report about foods one must NOT eat on a vegetarian diet have helped me tremendously..

Anyway, I found this video from Kardena’s video from YouTube. In the video she that takes us directly to her kitchen. I watched the video and discovered her recommendations on the food substitutions I need to make in my vegetarian diet plan so that I can keep my body in shape and keep my weight on control eating a vegetarian diet.

After watching the video, I’m so happy I’ve never touched those “leading diet drinks” I’ve seen in the fat loss programs! And what about the protein smoothies and those packaged diet foods you’ve probably tried, or at least seen.
