Converting Cooking Units with Google
TIP: Use Google to convert the units used in the different recipes!
For example:
- Go to Google.com (opens in the new window)
- Type in “100 gram in oz” (without the quotes)
- You’ll see that 100 grams is approx. 3.5 ounces
- or try “1 oz in dl”
- you’ll see something like this: 1 US fluid ounce = 0.295735296 dl
- or “1 tbsp in dl”
- result: 1 US tablespoon =~ 0.15 dl
