<li>1 cup strawberries stemmed</li>
<li>1/2 mango peeled</li>
<li>3/4 cup/6 oz Almond milk or Raw almond yogurt</li>
<li>4 Brazilian Nuts (Raw &amp; Soaked)</li>
<li>2 tsp agave or brown rice syrup or Really Raw Honey, or 2-3 Dates</li>
<li>1 medium sized Cucumber</li>
<li>1 tsp NutriBiotic Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder</li>
<li>Add 1/2 Cup Water and blend together</li>
<li>Optional: Dash Stevia, water, ice to taste only</li>

<li>Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.</li>
<li>Add several cubes of ice if desired and blend until smooth.</li>

<li>Frozen spinach (healthy!)</li>
<li>Sunflower Seeds</li>
<li>Oats (for thickness)</li>
<li>(Unsweetened) Almond Milk</li>
<li>Mystery Butter#2 (Peanut &amp; Hazelnut Butter mixed)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Vegetarian Smoothie Tips</h3>
<p>Personally, for my kind of vegetarian smoothie &#8211; I&#8217;d replace that &#8220;Mystery Butter#2&#8243; with a raw one, like raw cashew butter or raw almond butter, or just leave it out.</p>
<p>If you happen to be one of those people who have problems digesting almonds, soaking the raw almonds in plain water for up to a day helps with that. Soaking is good for any seeds as well, like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and sesame seeds.</p>
<p>With good soaking, the enzyme inhibitors are released, helping with the digestion while giving up to 300% boost to the nutrient absorption at the same time. Perfect for all vegetarian smoothies, but any low fat recipes that have seeds in them too!</p>
<p>As the video and this post pointed out, you don&#8217;t necessarily need healthy smoothie recipes, just go on and blend the things you like, and <strong>create your own healthy vegetarian smoothie</strong>! That doesn&#8217;t mean you shouldn&#8217;t send in your smoothie recipes thou, so keep&#8217;em coming!</p>
