Healthy lifestyle is important to her and she incorporates that into her life through diet and exercising. Ava is a fitness enthusiast and she exercises 5-7 times a week, running, aerobics and yoga for example. She likes to keep herself fit because she wants to enjoy life and doesn’t wish to ruin her body with toxins and fat. Because of this, Ava started eating a healthy vegetarian diet. And that in addition to her exercising has given her a fit body and mind!

Ava runs the Veggie Recipes blog. Ava is not alone, but she’s the one who keeps Veggie Recipes going…

We’re not gonna hide it, we hope that the recipes and information on this blog gets more people to try and fall in love with vegetarian diet, and we hope you share this with your friends too to let them know about this blog as well.

Ava is a vegetarian because it’s a healthy lifestyle and she just happens to like the taste of green things. Ava is not a vegetarian for moral or ethical reasons. We respect the opinions of those who are vegans or vegetarians for ethical reasons, but we don’t judge anyone who is eating meat and we hope you respect our view on that.

Vegetarian Diet Plan

Instead of saying don’t eat meat, we strongly encourage EVERYONE to add and increase the amount of veggies in their diet. Why? Because we love veggies – and we hope you will fall in love with them too, if you haven’t already!

The initial reason why we wanted to create a website was to offer a place for people (not just vegans or vegetarians) to find healthy recipes for their diet. And that’s how Veggie Recipes was born!

Veggie Recipes is a pro-veggie (not, per se, a pro-vegetarian nor pro-vegan) site. In here, we all love vegetables, vegetarian diet and vegan diet alike.
